They’re perfect as a quick post-workout treat, afternoon snack, or a healthy dessert.
Watch Me Make PB White Chocolate Protein Cookies
You don’t need eggs, butter, or flour to make these. Instead, I used oat flour for whole grain fiber, MacroMike’s White Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein (Code: AMB-SARI) for major flavor + protein, and melted white chocolate for a little bit extra white choccy flavor, plus the drizzle is so freaking pretty, and everything tastes better when it’s cute. Best part? You can mix these up in under 10 minutes and have fresh cookies out of the oven in under 25.
Why You’ll Love These
Just 5 Ingredients - I promise you, you probably already have all of these on hand.
High Protein - Thanks to MacroMike, each cookie is packed with satiating, clean plant-based protein.
Soft + Fudgy - These bake up perfectly chewy with a soft, peanut butter center and golden edges.
Gluten-Free + Dairy-Free. Made without wheat, butter, or refined sugar.
What You’ll Need
Creamy Peanut Butter - Go for a natural, drippy variety, these cookies will just not turn out the same if you use a dry peanut butter.
Maple Syrup - Adds some natural sweetness and helps bind the dough without eggs.
Oat Flour: Gives a soft, cakey texture and adds whole grain fiber.
MacroMike White Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein: Sweetens, flavors, and boosts the protein content. (Use code AMB-SARI to save!)
Dairy-Free White Chocolate (melted): Optional but… not really.
How To Make
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
Add the oat flour and protein powder. Mix until a thick dough forms.
Scoop and roll into balls, flatten slightly on the tray.
Bake for 8–10 minutes or until just set. Cool for 5 minutes.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over the cookies. Let set before serving.
